Pays-For-Itself Guarantee

The Pays-For-Itself Guarantee

Booked Solid should pay for itself. If the collection requests you receive through CollectMyChristmasTree don't add up to at least £297 by 15 Jan 2027, we'll refund your Booked Solid payment in full.

How we count it

Every request is valued at your own listed prices, using the trees the customer tells us about.
So high prices don't skew it, each tree counts up to £20 (up to 6ft), £25 (6 to 8ft) and £35 (over 8ft).
Your running total is shown live on your dashboard, so you always know where you stand.

To qualify

Your listing is live by 1 Dec 2026 and stays live (not paused) until 15 Jan 2027.
You cover at least a 5 mile radius and show at least 6 collection days.
You reply to requests within 48 hours.
Duplicate, test or spam requests don't count.
Claim by email within 14 days of 15 Jan 2027.

Collector FAQs

How much does it cost?

£29 for the Get Found Season Pass or £297 for the Booked Solid System. It's a one-off payment for the 2026/27 season. There's no subscription and no commission on your collections.

Do I need a licence to collect and dispose of Christmas trees?

Yes. Collecting trees from customers and taking them away for payment counts as carrying other people's waste, so UK law requires you to be a registered upper tier waste carrier.

You can register with the Environment Agency in England, Natural Resources Wales, SEPA in Scotland or NIEA in Northern Ireland. Add your registration number to your listing and we'll check it before you go live.

Do you take a cut of what I charge?

No. You set your own prices and customers pay you directly, whether that's cash, bank transfer or your own payment link. What you charge is yours to keep.

Which areas will I show up in?

You set a base postcode and how many miles you'll travel. Anyone searching a postcode, town or village inside that circle will see you. You can also list the towns you cover by name so customers recognise them.

How quickly will my listing go live?

Once you've paid, we check your details and waste carrier registration, then email you as soon as you're live. If anything needs changing, we'll tell you exactly what.

Can I pause my listing if I get too busy?

Yes. Pause and unpause from your dashboard whenever you like, for example when your diary is full. Your listing stays saved.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Get Found and upgrade to Booked Solid at any point in the season. You only pay the difference.

How does the Pays-For-Itself Guarantee work?

If the booking requests you receive through Booked Solid don't add up to £297 at your own prices by 15 Jan 2027, we refund your payment in full. The full terms are just above.

What happens at the end of the season?

Your listing comes down after the season ends. We'll invite you back before next Christmas, and nothing renews automatically.
